4 days of Bo, Gus and Hannah!

With no distractions, 20 degree weather, and snowy white panoramic views out every window, we spent the BEST four days of Argenal time in months!

Overall, it was a smiling and giggling day for Bo, most likely because he never looked in the mirror at his marshmellow outfit.

We went up to Sunriver, OR for a little pre-Christmas vacation, and we had an AMAZING time! After a blizzardous (awesome word I just made up) drive, we made it to a Wintry White Wonderland!!!! The scary drive was so worth it; watching Bo play/fall/cry in the snow for the very first time was priceless!

Like Momma like Bo-bo

This son of ours absolutely LOVES to draw and paint!

We are in Sunriver, OR for the week on a Holiday Vacation (we are having so much fun!), and Bo took some time out to paint Nana and Pops a "Thank-you" for letting us use their AMAZING vacation home in the SNOW!

At home, our coffee table is the perfect height for this little guy to CREATE!

He evens asks to "braw" several times a day.


He also ALWAYS wants Mom to draw with him. : )

Meeting Presley!

We got to meet the most precious Danville baby EVER! Little Presley was perfect! I got to hold her and of course tear up at the sweetness of her! She is beautiful and so lucky to have such AMAZING parents as Dom and Kellz!

The New Family!


It is so hard to believe that Bo was this size just 16 months ago! Bo and Pres were almost the exact same size at birth. Since Presley's parents are both over 6 ft. tall, Bo better embrace this towering moment; it will not last long : )

O Christmas Tree...

Yes, I'm wearing the sexiest santa apron ever. Isn't that what you wear when you decorate the tree? I think I won it last year in a gag gift game at the Wyrsch's house. This is the first time I've ever worn it. I swear!

Bo loved decorating and UNDECORATING the tree all night. He stills loves to undecorate the tree every day.

Tree Hunting in Paradise!

Gus really wanted to cut down a Christmas tree this year, so we headed up the canyon to a tree farm in Paradise. Bo was simply ecstatic to be trudging around in his boots in the mountain air...most likely, he was just stunned from being outdoors and breathing fresh air (we tend to hibernate in the wet winters).

He was the KING of the forest all day...well, at least for a solid 20 minutes.

Shocker: Family photo op didn't turn out so well. Why am I bending down like I won't fit in the frame? This was the only somewhat "ok" shot of about 10. Bo and Gus were getting so restless that after the 10th frame of 10-second timer shots, I was so annoyed with myself that I gave up.

So we starting Tree Hunting. I'm pretty sure that's why we were there in the first place, not for a family photoshoot, sans photographer. Bo was very serious in his search for a tree, though, he's not quite a mountain goat yet...

We had some SERIOUS tumbles, but no tears....

And finally, Daddy was triumphant with our "Bo" tree: short and wide in the midsection. : )
